Building HACCP into Your Food Safety Program is a two day training course focused on giving you the basic understanding on how to analyze and control potential hazards in your process to ensure safe food handling from farm to fork and stable to table. This course will provide you with the tools needed to go back to your facility and build your HACCP plan into your food safety program, better understand the prerequisite programs and HACCP principles.
Certificate: Upon completion of this course, the participant is awarded an Accredited International HACCP Alliance (IHA) Certificate of Completion.

SERVSAFE Food Manager Training
Servsafe Food Handlers, Food Managers Certification Course If you work in the food service industry in the State of California you are required to get your food handler certificate. This eight hour course and exam covers all of the required topics such as proper times and temperatures for cooking and storing food, personal hygiene, equipment sanitation and information for the production/servicing of safe food. This course is designed for the entry level managers and supervisors.
Certificate: Upon completion of this course, students will receive a state approved Food Safety Certificate good for five years and their California Food Handler Card.
American Heart Association CPR and First Aid Training
American Heart Association CPR and First Aid Training This course follows and meets AHA guidelines for first responder Heart Saver CPR and First Aid. Our Instructors are AHA certified and teach the course to the highest standard.
Certificate: Upon completion of this course, all participants will receive their AHA two year certificate and card. AED training is also offered at an additional cost.
Food Safety Preventive Controls Alliance
Foreign Supplier Verification Programs: Regulations require importers to ensure that food imported into the U.S. is produced in compliance with the standards required by the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act. The same level of public health protection must be upheld in accordance with the FDA Food Safety Modernization Act. Importers must have the Foreign Supplier Verification Program covered to verify that their foreign suppliers are producing food in a manner that upholds these produce safety regulations.
Preventive Controls for Human Food is intended to ensure safe manufacturing/processing, packing and holding of food products for human consumption in the United States.
Produce Safety Alliance is a standardized national produce safety program that provides produce growers with the necessary regulatory requirements in the U.S. Food and Drug Administration’s (FDA) Food Safety Modernization Act (FSMA) Produce Safety Rule.
